Our Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $150.00 & higher

All items valued at $150.00 or higher will be shipped at no charge to our clients, within the USA & its territories & Canada. We pay all shipping & insurance. Shipping world-wide (beyond the above areas), we will absorb the first US$12.00 of shipping and insurance expenses, thus reducing your shipping expenses.

FedEx (USA- its territories & Canada)

1. We ship all items via FedEx.

2. FedEx will ship to any street address, but not to P.O. Box numbers.

3. The package will be fully insured.

4. Your signature will be required, upon receipt of the package.

5. Any request by a client for a package to be shipped "so that no signature" is required, can not be complied with. Because we are shipping items of "higher value" all packages will require a signature upon receipt of the package.

6. We will not ship via any other shipper, even if it may save a "few dollars". Quick efficient and safe delivery of these items are our primary goal, resulting in a smooth transaction and the total satisfaction for our clients.

World Wide (FedEx & Postal Service)

1. Where possible, all packages will be shipped via FedEx.
2. When not possible, all packages will be shipped via the Postal System of the USA and the home country receiving the package.
